Shipping & Delivery Policy
Deliveries
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach on your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Providing valid telephone number is essential.
- In case of non-availability of the product in hand, the product will be shipped in 5-7 business days, customer will be notified through the email.
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we handover your orders amongst the various empanelled logistic partners. However we may elect to choose different carriers for different orders in item and / or deliveries to different / same pincodes. We may also ship different parts / items of order in different consignment bearing tracking numbers.

Shipping Details
The item(s) / order(s) will be shipped after receipt of payment within 1-3 business days, subject to availability.
The buyer will be solely responsible for their country charges, duties and taxes.
Shipping is done through various integrated logistic carriers like Fedex, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc for India sub-continent deliveries and DHL, IndiaPost, UPS, Fedex for international deliveries. Tracking number will be provided post shipment.
For Wholesale items (India and International), shipping charges will be calculated on actual basis depending upon the weight of the package or volumetric weight (LxBxH / 4500) whichever is higher. The shipping charges will be intimated by email and shall be payable by you upfront. Insurance, if desired, shall be payable extra as per actual.
Any shipping / delivery address change request should be addressed from registered email id / mobile number (email id / mobile number through which order was booked) before the confirmation of shipping of order is communicated to you. Change of Shipping / Delivery address is not possible post shipment.
Delivery Time
If the product is in stock, then delivery within India takes somewhere between 5 – 7 business days & International delivery takes somewhere between 12 – 15 business days.

Shipping Costs
We offer shipping to over 20000 pincodes in India at a flat rate of Rs.69/- per order for order value less than Rs. 999/-. In case of order value for same delivery location is over Rs.999/- shipping cost is Free for deliveries in India. International shipping & delivery (deliveries beyond Indian boarders) is also available but at additional shipping cost
