Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or WhatsApp us on +91-8000918708 within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellation charges will be levied if you cancel an order prior to 24 hours of placing the order.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
Cancellation post shipment:
We shall be unable to entertain cancellation request post despatch of the order from our location. We generally dispatch the order within 24 hours of receipt, however, a delay may occur owing to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds shall be made to the original payment mode opted by you while making payments to us. Although refund request are processed by us within 24-48 business hours subject to listed cancellations/return policies, however, may get extended due to force-majeure conditions beyond our control. Post process of refunds by us, a confirmation shall be sent to you and it may further take 2-3 business days to reflect in your accounts/original payment mode.

Our return policy is applicable only in the mentioned cases :

In case you want the refund of the item for the above mentioned cases, please notify us within 24hrs of the delivery. Your amount will be refunded once we verify your request and/or we may elect for refund on receipt of return merchandise. The return logistic charges / courier charges shall have to be borne by you.
It may please be noted that returns are not applicable for products made to order / customised as per your requirements, and at any point of time, due to any reason & condition whatsoever, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of goods/item being returned. Applicable return logistic charges shall be deducted from refunds which shall be applicable to a maximum caption of 25% of value of material being returned. No refunds shall be made for custom duties, taxes, if any applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods. In case of free shipping orders, shipping charges to & fro shall be deductable from admissible refund value.
It may also be noted that we may ask for digital pictures of the return goods under question in order to review the same and in no circumstances, return request would be considered if raised beyond 72 hours of receipt of order.
Reasons for which no returns shall be accepted
Color and Description Discrepancy
The description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. We believe that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the product received.
Embellishment related Issues
Products consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose/detach, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack your order, do not worry as it is a common issue and needs to be fixed by yourself. No cost for such shall be paid/refunded by us.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment and within 24 hours of placing the order, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
